General Agreement: 

- By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions. In addition, when using this website, you will be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applied to any product or service. 

 

Changes to Terms of Use:

• I at AJ Raber Photography, reserve the right to modify or replace any of these terms at any time. If a change is made, it will be noted in Italic font and will take effect at Midnight.

 

Products: 

• I at AJ Raber Photography, reserve the right to control what products are available for purchase at anytime. 

• Once purchased a Custom Graphic Designed Product on Etsy at the Upfront Fee, I will message you through Etsy’s Chat system. I will notify you if for any circumstances the Chat needs to be moved to email only. 

 

Pricing: 

• All money must be paid in full before any product is sent to you. 

• I reserve the right to modify prices of my products at any time. 

• For Custom Graphic Designed products, there will be an Upfront Fee that will be listed in the product description. 

• Custom Graphic Designed Products listed on Etsy will be priced at the Upfront Fee. A separate purchase will need to be made once final design is agreed upon. 

 

Photo Exchange:

• Any Products bought on Etsy will have a link for download after the purchase has been made. 

• Under unique circumstances, I will send you the downloadable product via Email or specified source.

Refunds: 

• There will be no refunds on any upfront fee. 

• There will be no refunds after the final payment.
